About the opportunity

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of an established market and manage the full recruitment process from business development through to placement.

You’ll be trusted to develop your own client relationships, identify new opportunities and build a strong network of candidates within your specialism.

There’s plenty of autonomy in how you run your desk. You’ll have the support, tools and existing relationships to succeed, without being micromanaged on activity for the sake of activity.

For someone who wants to continue billing while building a bigger desk and progressing their career, there’s plenty of room to grow with the business.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience within agency recruitment

• A track record of successfully managing a recruitment desk

• Experience developing and maintaining client relationships

• Comfortable generating new business and identifying new opportunities

• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills

• Commercially minded and motivated by building a successful desk

• Able to work independently and take ownership of your market

• Based within commuting distance of London
