I’m Thijmen, founder of CINCO Search.

I started my career in recruitment before going on to build my own recruitment agency, where I worked with growing agencies to hire people across marketing, sales and account management.

Since then, I’ve spent several years building a SaaS platform used by 200+ recruitment agencies around the world. But I’ve always enjoyed recruitment most when it’s personal: knowing the companies you work with, understanding the people in your market and making introductions that genuinely make sense.

That’s why I started CINCO.

We specialise in recruitment for marketing and digital agencies across the UK, hiring across Marketing, Account Management and Sales & New Business.

And we keep it deliberately focused. CINCO works on no more than five active searches per recruiter at a time, giving every search the time, attention and commitment it deserves.

No huge vacancy lists. No CVs sent for the sake of it. Just focused recruitment, done properly.
