Marketing Executive

The Opportunity

We're looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join a growing, independent UK business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to get involved in different areas of marketing, from digital campaigns and social media to content creation, events and brand development.

You'll work closely with a small, collaborative team, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute your own ideas and see the impact of your work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns and the company website.

  • Supporting the development and execution of the wider marketing strategy.

  • Managing and updating website content, ensuring it remains accurate and engaging.

  • Coordinating with external agencies, designers and other marketing partners.

  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Supporting the organisation of events, exhibitions and promotional activities.

  • Working closely with the sales team to generate leads and support business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Around 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role.

  • A good understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • A creative mindset combined with good attention to detail.

  • Confidence working independently and contributing ideas.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Mailchimp or similar platforms would be beneficial.

You don't need to have experience in every area of marketing. We're looking for someone who's curious, motivated and keen to develop their skills.
